“新三同”是高校辅导员开展思想政治工作的方法,践行“同场域、同频率、同成长”理念。线上线下教学是新时代高校思想政治理论课教学生态的发展态势,目前线上线下教学的过程中存在着“教学场域易偏离”“师生思维难融合”“师资队伍易局限”的现实困境。为此,高校思想政治理论课需加强双线场域建设,促进资源优质配送;提升教师信息素养,增强师生同频互动;汇聚育人合力,实现全方位教学相长。以此进一步推进高校思想政治理论课线上线下教学的高质量发展。

"New Three Simultaneities"is a method for college counsellors to carry out ideological and political work,practicing the concept of"same field,same frequency and same growth".Online and offline teaching is the development trend of ideological and political theory teaching ecology in colleges and universities in the new era.At present,in the process of online and offline teaching,there exist such practical difficulties as"the teaching field is easy to deviate","the thinking of teachers and students is difficult to integrate"and"the teaching staff is easy to be limited".Therefore,the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of double-line field,promote the high-quality distribution of resources;improve teachers'information literacy and enhance the interaction between teachers and students at the same frequency;gather the forces of educating people to achieve all-round teaching and learning,so as to further promote the high quality development of online and offline teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
