电池包上壳体可靠性评估及结构优化 被引量:2

Reliability Evaluation and Structural Optimization of Battery Pack Upper Shell

摘要 采用CATIA设计了电池包上壳体,简化电池包的模型参数,根据上下非平整、紧急转弯与紧急制动工况,计算电池包上壳体的刚度和强度。约束模态频率小于目标易发生共振,采用模态及安全系数评价电池包上壳体的可靠性,确定了电池包上壳体设计问题和优化方向;基于有限元思想确定其局部加厚及局部布筋的优化方式。结果表明:在质量基本不改变和保证安全系数的情况下,采用局部布筋的方式,第一阶结构频率提高30.9%,第二阶结构频率提高31.1%;采用局部加厚的方式,第一阶结构频率提高33.5%,第二阶结构频率提高33.5%,两种方案优化结果得到改善,可以进一步为设计提供参考。 CATIA is used to design the upper shell of the battery pack,the model parameters of battery pack are simplified,and the stiffness and strength of battery pack are calculated according to the working conditions of uneven up and down,emergency turning and emergency braking conditions.When the constrained modal frequency is less than the target,the resonance is easy to occur.The reliability of the upper shell of battery pack is evaluated by modal and safety factor,and the design problems and optimization direction of the upper shell of battery pack are determined.Based on finite element method,the local thickening and local reinforcement are optimized.The results show that the frequency of the first-order structure increases by 30.9% and that of the second-order structure increases by 31.1% when the quality is unchanged basically and the safety factor is guaranteed.By using the local thickening method,the first-order structure frequency increases by 33.5% and the second-order structure frequency increases by 33.5%.The optimization results of the two schemes are improved,which can provide further reference for the design.
