摘要 红外光学定位动态导航技术是通过医学图像三维可视化技术、配准技术和空间定位技术的融合,实现术前对种植体植入位点和三维方向进行规划,术中对手术路径进行实时监控和调整,更大程度实现种植手术的精准、安全、微创及可预测性。本文将从红外光学定位动态导航技术的组成、原理、优缺点、精度、影响因素,及其在种植外科领域的发展应用进行综述,为红外光学定位动态导航技术在种植外科临床应用提供参考。 Infrared optical positioning dynamic navigation technology combines the medical image 3 D visualization technology, registration technology and spatial location technology, so as to perform the preoperative implant planning and the localization of instruments and anatomical structures during surgery, and to achieve the greater accuracy, safety and minimally invasive operation.In this paper, the development, principle, composition, advantages and disadvantages, accuracy and influencing factors of infrared optical positioning dynamic navigation technology in the field of implant surgery are briefly described, providing a reference for the application of infrared optical positioning dynamic navigation in implant surgery.
