新时代高校开展劳动教育是促进当代大学生全面发展的客观需要,是推动社会发展进步的必然要求,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的应有之义。但当前存在着大学生参与性不高,高校劳动教育师资力量薄弱和高校劳动教育中介开发不足的问题,严重影响着新时代高校劳动教育的实效性。为提升新时代高校劳动教育实效性,必须激发大学生参与劳动的积极主动性,加强高校劳动教育师资队伍建设以及持续增强高校劳动教育中介的联结性。

It is significant to teach work skills in colleges or universities in the new era as it is an objective need to promote the all-round development of contemporary college students,a necessary requirement to advance social development and progress,and an inherent part of realizing the great dream of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.However,there are some problems,such as low participation of college students,insufficient faculty engaged in work skills teaching and inadequate development of media,which gravely affect the efficacy of work skills teaching in the new era.In order to improve its effectiveness,it is necessary to encourage college students to participate,to strengthen the faculty team and continuously enhance the connection of media.
