完善标准 提升专业群适应性 满足人才培养多样化需求的探索

The Exploration and Practice of Completing Standard and Uplifting the Adaptability of Specialty Groups to Cater to the Need of Diversified Cultivation of Talents

随着我国经济进入高质量发展阶段,对多层次高质量技术技能人才的需求越来越紧迫,增强职业教育的适应性是职业教育高质量发展的重要前提,也是职业教育提质培优行动的关键。职业教育适应性提高的关键在于增强专业群的适应性,以上海城建职业学院建筑工程技术专业群为例,通过专业群培养目标与企业对人才的需求标准和人才培养方案的深度融合,以完善相关标准为抓手,提升专业群的适应性,从而满足了社会对人才培养多样化的需求。

As China’s economy enters the stage of high-quality development,the demand for multi-dimensional talents with technical skills is becoming increasingly urgent.To enhance the adaptability of vocational education is not only one integral precondition for pursuing high-quality development of vocational education,but also the key to achieving excellence in this regard.The crucial point for improving the adaptability of vocational education lies in enhancing the adaptability of specialty groups.Taking the architectural engineering technology specialty group in Shanghai Urban Construction College as an example,this paper is intended to integrate in depth the cultivating objectives of the specialty group,the talent requirements from the enterprise,and talent cultivating schemes through completing relevant standards in order to promote the adaptability of the specialty group.This article explicates the relations between the standards and the adaptability of specialty group.
