司法类职业院校1+X证书制度实施困境与对策

On the Difficulty with and Countermeasures of the Implementation of 1+X Certificate System in Judicial Vocational Colleges

1+X证书制度自试点以来已取得了一定成效。司法类职业院校在推进1+X证书制度过程中面临核心专业职业技能标准体系不明确、证书数量少、行业参与度低,认可度不高、学生参与不积极、书证融合手段缺乏等问题。为消除这些问题,需进一步强化顶层设计,立足司法行政行业,优先梳理行业核心岗位相关职业技能标准,加大X证书的申报力度,积极推进书证融通,不断提升证书效用,保障1+X证书制度的高质量推进。

1+X certificate system is an important task of vocational education reform in China,and it has come off in some way since its pilot.In the process of promoting 1+X certificate system,judicial vocational colleges are faced with such problems as unclear standard system of core professional skills,small number of certificates,low professional participation,low recognition,inactive participation on parts of students,and lack of means of integrating diplomas and certificates.In order to address these problems and get out of the predicament,it is necessary to further strengthen the top-level design,get based on judicial administration,give priority to sorting out the professional skill standard system related to the core positions,increase the application of X certificate,promote the integration of diplomas and certificates,constantly improve the effectiveness of certificates,and ensure the high-quality advancement of 1+X certificate system.
