工业技术文化视野下德国工商业协会的职业教育实践

摘要 工业技术文化伴随工业革命和启蒙运动而逐渐兴起并形成,是被现代社会所共享的一种文化模式。德国工业技术文化以理性化、职业性、协调性等基础性原则为其重要内涵纬度。从工业技术文化视角看,工商业协会是工业技术文化的行动者之一。德国工商业协会通过参与职业教育政策制定与实施、组织与监管职业教育全过程、围绕职业教育实践的协调合作三方面,来呈现其作为工业技术文化“理性化”原则的传承者、“职业性”原则的践行者、“协调性”原则的促进者的职业教育实践。德国工商业协会的关联机构——德国工商大会教育有限公司所开展的职业教育活动,具体呈现了其作为工业技术文化行动者的实践内涵,同时昭示着工业技术文化的创新与发展。 Industrial technology culture emerged and formed gradually with the industrial revolution and enlightenment, which is a cultural model shared by modern society. German industrial technology culture takes rationalization, professionalism, coordination and other basic principles as its important connotation. From the perspective of industrial technology culture, industrial and commercial association is one of the actors of industrial technology culture. German Chamber of Commerce and Industry presents the practices of vocational education as a successor of the “rationalization” principle, an actor of the “professionalization” principle, and a facilitator of the “coordination” principle through participating in the vocational education policy formulation and implementation, organizing and regulating vocational education, and coordinating in the practice of vocational education. The vocational education activities carried out by DCCI education Co., LTD., the affiliate of German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, concretely presents its practical connotation as an actor of industrial technology culture, and at the same time indicates the innovation and development of industrial technology culture.
