摘要
专业转型背景下,课程改革是高校实现人才培养目标和推动本科教学改革的根本着力点。临床免疫学检验技术作为现代生命科学的支柱性技术,对培养医学检验技术专业学生的岗位胜任力至关重要。课程改革通过重塑课程知识框架,构建理论模块化、实验理论化教学模式,综合运用多种教学方法,实施多元化教学评价方法和反馈制度,实现了基本理论知识与专业技能实践有效融合,凝练和突出了课程特色,明确了今后课程改革方向,推动了以岗位胜任力为导向的高素质应用型人才的培养。
Under the background of specialty transformation, curriculum reform is the starting point for talent training and undergraduate teaching reform. As the backbone technology of modern life science, the testing technology of clinical immunology is critical to cultivating the post competency in the students of medical testing technology. In this teaching reform, the knowledge framework of the course was reshaped, and the teaching model of “modularization of theories and theorization of experiments” was constructed. Different teaching methods were adopted, and diversified evaluations and feedback systems were implemented. The integration of theoretical knowledge and professional skills were realized, and the distinguishing features of the course were condensed and highlighted. Therefore, this reform helps to clarify the direction of future curriculum reform and promote post competency-oriented training of applied talents.
