消肿止痛散外敷治疗颈椎病颈痛效果观察

Clinical Observation of Xiaozhong Zhitong Powder for External Use in the Treatment of Neck Pain of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察消肿止痛散外敷治疗颈椎病颈痛的临床疗效。方法:将颈椎病颈痛患者60例采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组联合运用消肿止痛散外敷,比较两组患者疗效及不同时间点颈部肿胀程度、颈痛量表(norhwick park,NPQ)评分及颈椎活动度、视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)评分。结果:两组患者治疗6天、10天肿胀程度降低,观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05),与时间呈负相关(r=-0.936,P<0.001);观察组患者消肿有效率为73.33%,高于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05);治疗后1、3个月,两组NPQ评分持续降低,观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);随治疗时间增加两组VAS评分降低,组内比较差异明显(P<0.05),治疗6天、10天,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后1、3个月,两组患者颈椎各方向活动度均改善,组间比较,除后伸活动度差异不明显外,观察组患者前屈、左旋、右旋、左屈及右屈活动度改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消肿止痛散外敷对颈椎病颈痛具有消肿止痛、活血化瘀功效。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Xiaozhong Zhitong powder for external use in the treatment of neck pain of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Sixty patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine Western medicine,and the observation group by Xiaozhong Zhitong powder for external use based on the therapy the control group received,to compare clinical effects,the degree of neck swelling,NPQ,cervical range of motion(ROM) and VAS scores between both groups.Results:The degree of neck swelling in the two groups decreased after treating for six and eight days,the decrease of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and it was negatively related with time(r=-0.936,P<0.001);swelling-relieving effective rate in the observation group was 73.33%,higher than 33.33% of the control group(P<0.05);NPQ scores of both groups reduced continuously one and three months after the treatment,and the decrease of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);as therapeutic time increased,VAS scores decreased,the difference was significant within the groups(P<0.05),VAS scores of the observation group were lower than these of the control group six and eight days after the treatment(P<0.05);ROM in all directions of the cervical spine were improved one and three months after the therapy in the two groups,the comparisons between both groups showed that the difference was significant except rear stretch,the improvements of ROM of forward flexion,left and right rotation,left and right flexion of the observation group were better than these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Zhitong powder for external use presents the effects of relieving swelling and stopping pain,activating blood and resolving stasis in the treatment of neck pain of cervical spondylosis.
