吗啉硝唑辅助生长抑素对急性胰腺炎的疗效及对血清炎症因子水平的影响

Efficacy of morinidazole combined with somatostatin on acute pancreatitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factor levels

目的分析吗啉硝唑辅助生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果及对患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法60例急性胰腺炎患者,利用数值奇偶排列方式分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组患者单纯应用生长抑素治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上辅以吗林硝唑治疗。比较两组治疗前后的瘦素、炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,研究组的瘦素(13.73±1.47)ng/ml高于对照组的(10.37±0.63)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组白细胞介素-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α、髓过氧化物酶分别为(19.13±1.90)pg/ml、(19.48±2.74)pg/ml、(26.57±3.11)U/ml,均低于对照组的(22.40±3.53)pg/ml、(26.45±1.60)pg/ml、(33.56±5.36)U/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性胰腺炎患者治疗中使用吗啉硝唑辅助生长抑素治疗,可提高患者治疗效果,提升瘦素水平,降低患者体内炎症水平,在较短时间内控制病情,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of morinidazole combined with somatostatin on acute pancreatitis and its influence on serum inflammatory factor levels.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into research group and control group by numerical odd-even arrangement,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with somatostatin alone,while patients in the research group were treated with morinidazole on the basis of the control group.The levels of leptin and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the leptin level(13.73±1.47)ng/ml in the research group was higher than(10.37±0.63)ng/ml in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1,tumor necrosis factor-α,and myeloperoxidase in the research group were(19.13±1.90)pg/ml,(19.48±2.74)pg/ml,and(26.57±3.11)U/ml,which were lower than(22.40±3.53)pg/ml,(26.45±1.60)pg/ml,and(33.56±5.36)U/ml in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Morinidazole combined with somatostatin for patients with acute pancreatitis can enhance the therapeutic effect,improve the levels of leptin,reduce the inflammatory factor levels,and control the disease in a short period of time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
