思维导图在提高消毒供应室手术器械包装质量方面的应用价值

Application value of mind mapping in improving the packaging quality of surgical instruments in disinfection supply room

目的研究思维导图在提高消毒供应室手术器械包装质量方面的应用价值。方法将2020年1~12月期间在消毒供应室实施常规质量管理的2000件手术器械纳入对照组,将2021年1~12月期间在消毒供应室应用思维导图开展质量管理的2000件手术器械纳入观察组。对比两组手术器械质量检验结果、手术器械管理情况、工作人员对质量的满意度评分、科室满意度评分。结果观察组的手术器械回收合格率99.75%、清洗合格率99.80%、包装合格率99.85%、无菌合格率99.85%均高于对照组的97.30%、99.00%、99.10%、99.30%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术器械遗失率0、数目错误率0.20%、损坏率0.10%、运输不及时率0.50%均低于对照组的0.45%、1.20%、0.55%、1.90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工作人员对观察组布局、环境、流程、设备质量的满意度评分分别为(91.70±5.86)、(92.64±5.94)、(94.87±4.76)、(92.31±4.56)分,均高于对照组的(76.42±5.70)、(72.30±6.18)、(71.66±5.85)、(83.49±3.49)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。科室对观察组的服务意识、工作效率、器械质量、包装质量、发放质量满意度评分分别为(8.37±1.32)、(8.56±1.20)、(8.84±0.87)、(9.04±0.46)、(9.13±0.54)分,均高于对照组的(6.69±1.13)、(7.01±1.10)、(7.32±0.73)、(7.62±0.67)、(8.03±0.41)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室质量管理中应用思维导图能够促进手术器械清洗消毒灭菌包装质量的提升,获得更高的手术器械效果、工作人员与科室满意度。

Objective To study the application value of mind mapping in improving the packaging quality of surgical instruments in disinfection supply room.Methods 2000 sets of surgical instruments that underwent conventional quality management in the disinfection supply room from January to December 2020 were included in the control group,and 2000 sets of surgical instruments that underwent quality management using mind mapping in the disinfection supply room from January to December 2021 were included in the observation group.The results of the quality inspection of surgical instruments,the management of surgical instruments,the staff's satisfaction with the quality,and the department's satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of recovery,cleaning,packaging and sterilization of surgical instruments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of missing surgical instruments,wrong number of instruments,damage of instruments and untimely transportation of instruments in the observation group were 0,0.20%,0.10%,and 0.50%,which were lower than 0.45%,1.20%,0.55%,and 1.90%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The staff's satisfaction scores for the layout,environment,process,and equipment quality of the observation group were(91.70±5.86),(92.64±5.94),(94.87±4.76),and(92.31±4.56)points,which were higher than(76.42±5.70),(72.30±6.18),(71.66±5.85),and(83.49±3.49)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The department's satisfaction scores for service awareness,work efficiency,equipment quality,packaging quality,and delivery quality of the observation group were(8.37±1.32),(8.56±1.20),(8.84±0.87),(9.04±0.46),and(9.13±0.54)points,which were higher than(6.69±1.13),(7.01±1.10),(7.32±0.73),(7.62±0.67),and(8.03±0.41)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping in the quality management of disinfection supply room can promote the improvement of the quality of surgical instrument cleaning,disinfection and sterilization packaging,and obtain higher surgical instrument effect,staff and department satisfaction.
