摘要
介绍了疫情防控期间一个面向本科生开设的综合开放实验项目。该实验项目利用MALTAB软件编写了电感线圈设计系统,获得了线圈的制作参数,利用ANSYS Maxwell电磁场仿真分析软件仿真计算了线圈的电感值,验证了设计系统的计算结果。学生返校后,根据制作参数手工绕制了电感线圈,完成线圈电感值的实际测量,分析了分布电容、铁心对线圈的影响。该实验项目包含电路、电磁场两门理论课程中多个知识点,引导学生学以致用,取得了良好的教学效果。
This article introduces an open comprehensive experimental project for undergraduates during the COVID-19epidemic.In this experimental project,an inductance coil design system was written by MALTAB software,obtained the production parameters of the coil.The inductance of the coil is calculated by element analysis software ANSYS Maxwell,to verify the calculation results of the design system.After the students return to school,they make the inductance coil according to production parameters,measure its inductance,distributed capacitance and study the influence of the iron core on the coil.This experimental project contains multiple knowledge points in two theoretical courses of circuit and electromagnetic field,guide students to apply what they have learned,a good teaching effect has been achieved.
