By analyzing the problems of management mechanism,operation and maintenance of large university-level instruments and equipment sharing entity platform,this paper points out the necessity of building and optimizing university-level sharing entity platform,and puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing university-level sharing entity platform from the aspects of operation mechanism,investment and maintenance,and team construction.
