摘要
探究由乳双歧杆菌V9、植物乳杆菌P9和干酪乳杆菌Zhang组成的益生菌复合制剂对小鼠健康的促进作用。44只BALB/c小鼠分为空白对照及低、中、高剂量组,并灌胃28 d益生菌复合制剂。对小鼠粪便进行菌落计数并测量短链脂肪酸的含量,测定血清中IL-2、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平,测定空肠和肝脏中MDA、T-SOD、GSH、GSH-Px水平。结果表明,中剂量组的IL-2水平显著降低(P<0.05)且IL-6和IL-1β水平极显著降低(P<0.01),高剂量组的IL-2、IL-6、IL-1β水平极显著降低(P<0.01)并且IL-1β水平显著降低(P<0.05)。各剂量组空肠MDA水平明显降低,且空肠和肝脏T-SOD、GSH和GSH-Px水平均有不同程度升高。菌群计数结果显示中、高剂量组的乳杆菌和双歧杆菌数量均明显提高,另外乙酸、丙酸和丁酸含量明显提高。综上,益生菌复合制剂可以有效降低血清细胞因子水平,提高抗氧化物质的水平,促进肠道中乳杆菌、双歧杆菌的繁殖,提高乙酸、丙酸和丁酸的含量,对改善小鼠肠道微生态环境和促进机体健康具有一定作用。
To explore the effect of probiotic compound preparation composed of Bifidobacterium lactis V9, Lactobacillus plantarum P9 and Lactobacillus casei Zhang on the health of mice. Forty-four BALB/c mice were divided into blank control, low, medium and high-dose groups and administered different doses of probiotic compound preparations for 28 days. The feces were collected for colony counting and measuring the content of short-chain fatty acids. The levels of IL-2, IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in serum were determined. The levels of MDA, T-SOD, GSH, GSH-Px in jejunum and liver were determined. The results show that the levels of IL-2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05) and the levels of IL-6 and IL-1β were significantly decreased(P<0.01) in the medium-dose group, the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-1β were significantly decreased(P<0.01) and the level of IL-1β was significantly decreased(P<0.05) in the high-dose group. The jejunal MDA level in each dose group was significantly decreased, the jejunum and liver T-SOD, GSH and GSH-Px levels in each dose group were increased to varying degrees. The bacterial count results showed that the numbers of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium were significantly increased in the medium and high-does groups and the content of acetic, propionic and butyric in each dose group was significantly higher. In summary, the probiotic compound preparation can effectively reduce the level of serum cytokines, increase the level of antioxidant substances, promote the reproduction of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract, increase the content of acetic, propionic and butyric. It has a certain effect on improving the intestinal microecological environment of mice and promoting body health.
