探讨16排螺旋高分辨CT在肺部细微病变的诊断分析

摘要 目的 分析在肺部细微病变患者的临床诊断中采取16排螺旋CT高分辨诊断的价值。方法 将本院2018年1月-2021年10月接受治疗的肺部细微病变患者280例作为本次观察对象,所有患者均需要采取16排螺旋高分辨CT以及常规CT平扫检查,分析在两种不同检查方式下患者的疾病检出率、医师对影像学结果的主观满意度。结果 在两种不同检查方式下分析患者的疾病检出率可见16排螺旋高分辨CT明显更高于CT平扫检查的准确率,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);分析医师对影像学检查结果的主观满意度可见16排螺旋高分辨CT与CT平扫检出的磨玻璃状阴影、气腔状实变影、肺气肿和肺大泡影检查的满意度对比并无明显差异(P>0.05),但16排螺旋高分辨CT对于微结节影、线状影、细网格状影、蜂窝状影、牵张性支气管扩张症检出的满意度明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 在肺部细微病变患者的临床诊断中对患者采取16排螺旋高分辨CT检查可有效提高患者疾病的检出率,并能够通过图像观察到患者病灶内的病变情况,对于多种细微病变影的显示更加清晰,方便了医师对患者的疾病做出诊断及治疗,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To analyze the value of 16 high resolution CT in clinical diagnosis of patients with subtle pulmonary lesions.Methods Two hundred and eighty patients with pulmonary subtle lesions received January 2018 to October 2021 were included as this observation,all patients need to take 16 rows of spiral high resolution CT and conventional CT flat scan examination,analysis in the two different examination of patients disease detection rate,doctors’ subjective satisfaction with imaging results.Results Analyzing the disease detection rate of patients under two different examination methods,the 16-row helix high-resolution CT was significantly higher than the accuracy of the CT flat sweep examination,comparative statistics were obvious (P<0.05).By analyzing the doctors’ subjective satisfaction with the imaging results,it can be seen that there is no significant difference in the satisfaction of ground glass shadow,air cavity solid change,emphysema and large bubble detected by 16-row spiral high-resolution CT and CT plain scan (P>0.05).However,16-row spiral high-resolution CT had significantly higher satisfaction with the detection of microtuberodar shadow,linear shadow,grid shadow,honeycomb shadow,and tensile bronchiectasis,comparative statistics were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of lung subtle lesions,16-row spiral high-resolution CT examination can effectively improve the detection rate of patients with disease,and can observe the image of the lesions show clearer,facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of patients’ disease,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
