妇科千金胶囊辅助地屈孕酮对子宫内膜异位症患者炎症因子和血管新生因子的影响

Effect of Fuke Qianjin Capsule Assisted with Dydrogesterone on Inflammatory Factors and Angiogenic Factors in Patients with Endometriosis

目的探讨妇科千金胶囊辅助地屈孕酮对子宫内膜异位症(EMT)患者炎症因子和血管新生因子水,平(VEGF)的影响。方法按照随机数字法将2017年12月-2020年8月于本院治疗的62例EMT患者分为两组,对照组32例给予地屈孕酮治疗,观察组30例予以地屈孕酮+妇科千金胶囊治疗。观察两组炎症因子以及VEGF水平。结果治疗前,两组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)以及白细胞(WBC)水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α以及WBC水平均下降,且观察组各炎症因子水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组VEGF水平(226.63±30.72)ng/L与对照组(218.76±32.20)ng/L对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)治疗后两组均降低且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心、呕吐以及皮疹的发生率(18.76%)和对照组(13.32%)对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科千金胶囊辅助地屈孕酮治疗EMT通过抑制VEGF水平,降低炎症反应且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the effects of Fuke Qianjin capsule assisted with dydrogesterone on the levels of inflammatory factors and angiogenesis factors(VEGF)in patients with endometriosis(EMT).Methods According to the random number method,62 patients with EMT treated in our hospital from December 2017 to August 2020 were divided into two groups,32 patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with dydrogesterone and Fuke Qianjin capsule.The levels of inflammatory factors and VEGF in both groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and white blood cell(WBC)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand WBC in both groups were decreased,and the levels of inflammatory factors in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,VEGF level in the observation group(226.63±30.72)ng/L was not significantly different from that in the control group(218.76±32.20)ng/L(P>0.05).After treatment,VEGF level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea,vomiting and rash between the observation group(18.76%)and the control group(13.32%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Capsule assisted with dydrogestrel in the treatment of EMT can inhibit VEGF level,reduce inflammation and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
