血清免疫球蛋白表达与咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿预后的临床相关性分析研究

Clinical Correlation Analysis of Serum Immunoglobulin Expression and Prognosis of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的 分析血清免疫球蛋白表达与咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿预后的临床相关性。方法 本次研究对象为本院60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,收治时间2020年1月-2021年12月,以患儿咳嗽症状评分和ACT评分为依据,将60例患儿划分为轻度组38例和重度组22例,另选取同期50例健康儿童作为对照组,分析血清免疫球蛋白表达和该病预后之间存在的相关性。结果 对照组、轻度组和重度组的IL-6指标、IgE指标 、TNF-α指标和IL-8指标均呈现出明显升高趋势(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果为,变量为IL-6指标时r=0.335,P为0.038;变量为IgE指标时r=0.395,P=0.036;变量为TNF-α指标时r=0.347,P=0.037;变量为IL-8指标时r为0.300,P=0.032,四项指标均与患儿病情严重程度呈现出正相关(P<0.05);咳嗽变异性哮喘的主要危险因素有IL-6指标、IgE指标、TNF-α指标、IL-8指标、ACT评分和咳嗽症状评分。结论 临床上引发咳嗽变异性哮喘的因素具有多样性,常见的有IL-6指标、IgE指标、TNF-α指标和IL-8指标等,临床可根据这些指标评估患儿病情和预后,为患儿提供针对性治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the clinical correlation between serum immunoglobulin expression and the prognosis of children with cough-variant asthma.Methods The study object for 60 children of cough variant asthma,admission time from January 2020 to December 20212,based on the children of cough symptoms score and ACT score,60 children were divided into mild and severe group 22 cases,select 50 healthy children in the same period as the control group,analyze the correlation between serum immunoglobulin expression and the prognosis of the disease.Results The IL-6,IgE,TNF-and IL-8 indicators were all been significantly higher in the control,mild and severe groups(P<0.05);The results of the Pearson correlation analysis are,The r was 0.335 when the variable was the IL-6 indicator,The P value is 0.038;the r was 0.395 when the variable was the IgE indicator,the P value is 0.036;The r was 0.347when thevariable was the TNF.metric,TheP value is 0.037;the r was 0.300 when the variable was the IL-8 indicator,the P level is 0.032.All four indicators showed a positive correlation with the severity of the child(P<0.05).The main risk factors for cough variant asthma are IL-6 index,IgE index,TNF-index,IL-8 index,ACT score,and cough symptom score.Conclusion The clinical factors causing cough variant asthma are diverse,with common IL-6 index,IgE index,TNFindex and IL-8 indicators.We can clinically evaluate the condition and prognosis according to these indicators and provide targeted treatment programs for children.
