Ⅳ期B/C级牙周炎患者全牙弓即刻种植修复骨吸收的安全性及预后情况分析

Analysis of the Safety and Prognosis of Thermogenic Bone Absorption in Patients with B/C Stage Diagnosis

目的 探讨Ⅳ期B/C级牙周炎患者全牙弓即刻种植修复骨吸收的安全性及预后情况分析。方法 选择本院2013年1月-2015年10月的IV期广泛型B/C级牙周炎患者共89例,采用全牙弓拔牙后即刻种植即刻修复治疗,依据参考文献测量种植体边缘骨吸收程度,在种植前、种植后1个月及3个月检测探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、附着水平(clinical attachment level,CAL)、ISQ值。结果 89例患者中,共245枚种植体,共植入101个颌骨,B/C级牙周炎患者各171枚和74枚植入70个和31个颌骨。患者均于术后1d内完成即刻固定临时修复。种植体1、3和5年的累积存留率分别为97.96%、94.29%和92.65%。直立种植体和倾斜种植体、B级和C级患者的1年、3年和5年的MBL平均值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。牙周炎患者种植1个月及3个月后,PD和ISQ显著高于种植前,且种植3个月后PD和ISQ显著高于种植1个月,种植3个月后CAL显著低于种植1个月,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Ⅳ期B/C级牙周炎患者全牙弓即刻种植修复治疗后可有效地改善患者的短期种植体稳定性,针对患者的随访,未出现边缘骨持续性吸收倾向。

Objective To investigate the safety and prognosis of the full-tolean arch to cultivate the anti-bone absorption of patients in Ⅳ B/C stage.Methods A total of 89 patients with Ⅳ extensive B/C stage in our hospital from January 2013 to October in October in 2015.It uses the full teeth to teeth,it is timely planting,and the implant is measured according to reference.The degree of bone absorption,before planting,January and March after planting,PROBING DEPTH,PD),CLINICAL Attachment Level,CAL,ISQvalue.Results A total of 245 implants were implanted in 101 mandibular,and 74 were implanted with 70 and 31 mandibular in patients with jaw,B/C stage.Patients were completed immediately within 1 days after surgery.The accumulation remain rates of implants 1,3 and 5 were 97.96%,94.29%and 92.65%,respectively.There was no significant difference in MBL average of MBL,3 and 5 years of U.S.Patients with erect implants and tilted implants,B-class and C-class patients.After periodontitis,patients with periodontitis,PD and ISQ were significantly higher than that of planting,and PD and ISQ were significantly higher than that in January,and CAL was significantly iower than grown in January,comparative differences after planting March.It has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with Patients in Ⅳ B/C-Class Perisullary Temperature can effectively improve the short-term implant stability after treatment,for patient follow-up,no edge bone continuous absorption tendency。
