枇杷清肺颗粒联合美满霉素用于痤疮治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Loquat Qingfei Granules Combined with Minocycline in the Treatment of Acne

目的研究探讨枇杷清肺颗粒联合美满霉素用于痤疮治疗的效果。方法将2019年1月-2021年1月在本科室接受治疗的痤疮患者80例作为本次研究的对象,所有患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予美满霉素治疗;观察组患者给予枇杷清肺颗粒联合美满霉素治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗后的情况。结果观察组患者的身体状态、社交娱乐、工作学习、睡眠质量以及心理状态等方面的生活质量指标更佳,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率更佳,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的皮疹、头疼、头晕、消化道反应等不良反应明显较少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率更低,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枇杷清肺颗粒联合美满霉素用于痤疮治疗的效果十分显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,有效提高生活质量,大大降低不良反应的发生概率,安全性较高,非常具有临床价值,值得推荐。

Objective To study the effect of loquat Qingfei granules combined with minocycline in the treatment of acne.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,80 patients with acne who received treatment in the undergraduate room were selected as the object of this study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with minocycline.Patients in the observation group were treated with Loquat Qingfei Granules combined with minocycline.The conditions of the two groups after treatment were observed and compared.Results Patients in the observation group had better quality of life indicators in terms of physical state,social entertainment,work and study,sleep quality,and mental state.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was better The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly fewer adverse reactions such as skin rash,headache,dizziness,and gastrointestinal reactions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Loquat Qingfei Granules combined with minocycline for the treatment of acne is very effective,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,effectively improve the quality of life,greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,high safety,very clinical value,and it is worth recommending.
