摘要
目的探析新时代人才培养模式下的药理学教学效果。方法选择本校2020级护理专科生628名纳入研究,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组314名。参照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用人才培养模式等多元化教学模式,对比两组学生药理学课程考试成绩、教学效果与教学满意度指标。结果实验组学生药理学课程考试成绩、教学效果与教学满意度高于参照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护理专科生采用人才培养模式等多元化教学模式教学效果显著,教师教学质量获得显著改善,同时可提升学生学习主动性,对提高学生综合素质具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of pharmacology teaching under the talent training mode in the new era.Methods From January to March,2021,628 nursing students from grade 2020 were enrolled into the study and divided into experimental group and reference group,with 314 students in each group.The traditional teaching mode was adopted in the reference group,and the diversified teaching mode was adopted in the experimental group.The test scores,teaching effects and teaching satisfaction indexes of pharmacology were compared between the two groups.Results The test scores,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of diversified teaching mode such as talent training mode for nursing specialty students is remarkable,the teaching quality of teachers can be significantly improved,and the learning initiative of students can be enhanced,which is of great significance to improve the comprehensive quality of students.
