5E康复护理在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

Application of 5E Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的研究在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中应用5E康复护理的临床效果。方法从2019年4月-2021年4月择取广州市番禺区妇幼保健院60例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,将所选研究对象均按照数字随机表法予以分组,每组30例,对照组患者实施常规护理,研究组患者基于常规护理实施5E康复护理,对比分析两组护理前后第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、一秒率、最大呼气流量4项肺功能指标以及血气分析指标,同时对比分析两组护理满意度。结果从肺功能指标分析,护理前组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后研究组第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、一秒率、最大呼气流量均高于对照组(P<0.05);从血气分析指标分析,护理前组间对比无统计学差异,护理后研究组氧分压高于对照组,二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05);从护理满意度分析,研究组总满意度93.33%,对照组总满意度73.33%,研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者来说,5E康复护理的实施效果确切,可以改善肺功能,还可以使患者更加认可和满意护理服务,具备显著临床价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From April 2019 to April 2021,60 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The selected research objects were divided into groups according to the digital random table method,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the study group received 5E rehabilitation nursing based on routine nursing.The forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity One second rate,maximum expiratory flow,four lung function indexes and blood gas analysis indexes,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results From the analysis of pulmonary function indexes,there was no significant difference between the groups before nursing.After nursing,the first second forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,one second rate and maximum expiratory flow in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);From the analysis of blood gas analysis indexes,there was no significant difference between the groups before nursing.After nursing,the oxygen partial pressure in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);From the analysis of nursing satisfaction,the total satisfaction of the study group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 73.33%.The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the implementation effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing is accurate,which can improve lung function and make patients more recognized and satisfied with nursing services,which has significant clinical value.
