快速康复外科理念在铥激光前列腺剜除术患者护理效益的研究

Study on the Nursing Benefit of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Thulium Laser Prostatectomy

目的探讨铥激光前列腺剜除术患者护理中使用快速康复外科理念的应用优势与效果。方法本次研究时间:2020年4月-2021年5月,研究对象为62例前列腺增生行铥激光剜除术患者,遵循随机数字表法将患者分为实验组及对照组,每组各31例。对照组:常规护理流程,实验组,应用快速康复外科理念予以护理,评价两组患者术后恢复指标与护理满意率。结果实验组患者术后恢复指标小于对照组,服务满意率高于对照组,术后并发症发生率小于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对铥激光前列腺剜除术患者在护理中应用快速康复外科理念,能够有效帮助患者改善术后恢复指标,提高服务质量。

Objective To explore the advantages and effects of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing of patients undergoing thulium laser enucleation of prostate.Methods Time of this study:From April 2020 to May 2021,62 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent thulium laser enectomy were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method.Control group:31 cases,conventional nursing process,experimental group:31 cases,the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for nursing,evaluation of the two groups of patients with postoperative recovery indicators and nursing satisfaction rate.Results The postoperative recovery index of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the service satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group,postoperative complication rate was less than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients undergoing thulium laser prostatectomy can effectively improve the postoperative recovery index and improve the quality of service.
