人文护理模式在帕金森综合征并发抑郁患者中的应用效果观察

Effect of Humanistic Nursing Model on Patients with Parkinson’s Syndrome with Depression

目的观察人文护理模式在帕金森综合征伴抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法纳入70例帕金森综合征并发抑郁患者,随机分为人文护理组和常规护理组,每组35例患者。比较两组患者在护理干预前、后有关蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、抑郁评分(HAMD)、帕金森相关评分(Webster及UPDRS评分),判定治护效果。结果经干预后两组HAMD、Webster及UPDRS评分较干预前均有着明显下降,其中人文护理组患者各评分均显著低于对照组,而两组MoCA评分较干预前显著提升,人文护理组高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。以Webster评分及UPDRS评分方法判断,研究组患者干预后治护总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在帕金森综合征伴抑郁患者中应用人文护理模式,可有效改善患者的认知能力,降低患者的抑郁评分,改善帕金森相关症状,从而达到有效治护。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of humanistic nursing model in patients with Parkinson’s syndrome with depression.Methods 70 patients with Parkinson’s syndrome with depression were included in the study.Random number table method was used to group 35 patients in each group.35 of them were selected to implement routine nursing as the control group,and the other 35 patients were selected to implement humanistic nursing mode as the research group.The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),depression score(HAMD),Parkinson’s related score(Webster and UPDRS)before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups to determine the treatment and nursing effect.Results After the intervention,the scores of HAMD,Webster and UPDRS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention.The scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the MOCA scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Judging by Webster score and UPDRS score,the total effective rate of treatment and nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing model in patients with Parkinson’s syndrome with depression can effectively improve patients’cognitive ability,reduce patients’depression score,improve Parkinson’s related symptoms,obtain high treatment and nursing efficiency,and the effect is ideal.
