不同肠内营养干预方式对脑卒中吞咽困难的效果分析

摘要 目的探讨不同肠内营养方式应用于脑卒中吞咽困难患者中对临床效果的影响。方法选取2020年2月-2021年5月本院收治的共计86例脑卒中吞咽困难患者,采用随机摸球法分成两组,分别为A组(n=43)与B组(n=43),B组采用经鼻胃管肠内营养干预,A组采用经鼻肠管肠内营养干预,对两组营养指标、免疫球蛋白水平、并发症发生情况进行比较。结果干预后两组血红蛋白(Hb)、前白蛋白(PA)、血清总蛋白(TP)、人血白蛋白(ALB)水平均提高(P<0.05),A组Hb、PA、TP、ALB水平较B组更高(P<0.05);干预后两组免疫球蛋白(IgA)、IgM、IgG水平均提高(P<0.05),A组IgA、IgM、IgG水平较B组更高(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率较B组更高(P<0.05)。结论与经鼻胃管肠内营养干预相比,经鼻肠管肠内营养干预方式应用于脑卒中吞咽困难患者干预中,能够更好地改善患者营养指标和免疫球蛋白水平,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To investigate the effect of different enteral nutrition methods on the clinical effect of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 86 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups by ball-touching method:group A(n=43)and group B(n=43).Group B was treated with enteral nutrition intervention via nasogastric tube,and group A was treated with enteral nutrition intervention via nasogastric tube.Nutritional indexes,immunoglobulin levels and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PA),serum total protein(TP)and serum albumin(ALB)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of Hb,PA,TP and ALB in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of immunoglobulin(IgA),IgM and IgG in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The complication rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with enteral nutrition intervention by nasogastric tube,enteral nutrition intervention by nasogastric tube can better improve the nutritional indicators and immunoglobulin levels of patients with dysphagia after stroke,and reduce the incidence of complications.
