多模态、CT指导下急性脑梗死超时间窗患者机械取栓治疗的应用研究

Application Research of Multimodal CT Guided Mechanical Thrombectomy for Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction Beyond Time Window

目的研究多模态、CT指导下急性脑梗死超时间窗患者机械取栓治疗的应用。方法选取2018年3月-2020年6月宁夏医科大学总医院收治的14例急性脑梗死患者,全部患者接受头颅CT平扫、头颈部的CTA检查、脑部的CTP检查以及头颅的MRI检查,将全部患者随机分成实验组和对照组。对比两组患者供血动脉狭窄程度以及神经评分。结果实验组患者供血动脉狭窄程度低于对照组;实验组患者神经评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用多模态、CT指导下急性脑梗死超时间窗患者机械取栓治疗效果较为显著,可以推广与运用。

Objective To study application of multimodal CT guided mechanical thrombectomy for patients with acute cerebral infarction beyong time window.Methods The paper chose 14 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from March 2018 to June 2020,received head CT plain scan,head and neck CTA,brain CTP and head MRI,and divided them into experimental group and control group randomLy.Degree of blood supply artery stenosis and nerve scores were compared between two groups.Results Stenosis degree of blood supply artery in experimental group was lower than control group;neurological scores of experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical thrombectomy under guidance of multimodality and CT can achieve significant effect for patients with acute cerebral infarction beyond time window,which can be promoted and applied.
