湖州地区高中生急救知识掌握现况与紧急情景救护意愿的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis Between Emergency Knowledge Situation of Senior High School Students and Rescue Willingness in Emergency Situations in Huzhou Area

摘要 目的了解高中生急救知识掌握现况与紧急情景救护意愿的相关性。方法于2018年1~6月开展本调查,应用自编高中生急救现状调查问卷,采取分层随机抽样对湖州地区5家中学680名高中生作为调查对象进行调查。结果高中生急救知识掌握情况得分(5.18±0.718)分;88.6%~96.8%的高中生参与急救知识培训和普及态度较积极。参加紧急情境救护意愿受到是否参加过急救培训、兴趣和急救知识分数影响。结论湖州地区高中生急救知识掌握情况自评处于中等偏下水平,具有高急救知识评分的高中生,有更高的意愿参与紧急情境救护及救护普及培训,这种意愿同时受到多因素的影响。 Objective To understand correlation between emergency knowledge situation of senior high school students and rescue willingness in emergency situations.Methods The paper carried out survey on 680 high school students in five middle schools in Huzhou from January to June 2018 with self-made emergency status questionnaire based on stratified random sampling.Results Emergency knowledge scores of senior high school students were(5.18±0.718);88.6%~96.8%of high school students participated in training of emergency knowledge and had positive attitude to popularization.Willingness to participate in emergency rescue is affected by whether they have participated in emergency training,interest and emergency knowledge scores.Conclusion Self-assessment of emergency knowledge of senior high school students in Huzhou area is in lower middle level.Students with high emergency knowledge scores have more willingness to participate in emergency situational rescue and rescue popularization training,and the willingness is affected by many factors.
