大学新生心肺复苏术普及现状调查研究

Popularization Investigation of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Among Freshmen

目的调查丽水学院大学新生心肺复苏知识及心肺复苏术的普及现状。方法随机选取2020年9月来自丽水学院2020年级不同专业的450名大学新生为研究对象,自行设计问卷对一般资料、心肺复苏术知晓情况、心肺复苏知识的获取途径3个方面进行调查。结果大学新生心肺复苏术的平均知晓率为49.6%。8项急心肺复苏术知晓率最高为胸外按压位置,知晓率为88.5%,最低的为按压停歇时间,知晓率仅为27.6%。不同性别、专业、民族和家庭住址的大学新生中,女生比男生知晓率高;汉族比少数民族知晓率高;理工类比人文社科类知晓率高;家住郊区者知晓率最高,家住农村者次之,家住城市者最低;大学新生中,心肺复苏主要知识来源依次为网络、电视和广播、其他社会宣传、参加培训、与他人交流、报刊和杂志。结论大学新生心肺复苏相关知识掌握程度不够,技能有待提高。

Objective To investigate popularization of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and cardiopulmonary resuscitation among freshmen in Lishui University.Methods The paper chose 450 freshmen of different majors of Lishui University in September,2020 as research objects randomLy,and carried out survey from three aspects of general information,awareness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,access to cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge with self-designed questionnaire.Results Average awareness rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among freshmen was 49.6%,external chest compression position has the highest awareness rate among 8 items of acute cardiopulmonary resuscitation,(88.5%),and the lowest was rest time of compression(27.6%).Among freshmen with different gender,major,nationality and home address,awareness rate of female students was higher than male students;awareness rate of Han nationality was higher than minority nationality;awareness rate of science and engineering analogy with humanities and social sciences was higher;those lived in suburbs have the highest awareness rate,followed by those lived in countryside,and those lived in cities have the lowest awareness rate.Among freshmen,main knowledge sources of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were network,television and radio,other social publicity,training,communication with other people,newspapers and magazines.Conclusion Knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among freshmen is not enough,and their skills should be improved.
