Importance of Immunoassay Quality Control in Clinical Immunoassay

目的解析临床免疫检验中免疫检验分析质量控制的重要性。方法选择2018年5月-2019年8月在莒县中医医院收治的180例免疫检验的患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组将其分为对照组和实验组,每组患者90例,其中对照组患者接受常规免疫法进行检验,实验组患者则在常规免疫法上加上质量控制并用专业的仪器和配套试剂进行检验,比较两组患者的病理结果和免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白A等各项免疫结果符合率。结果经过系统的治疗之后两组患者的治疗效果显著,其中对照组患者治疗有效率为83%(80/90),实验组患者治疗有效率为96%(87/90),实验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,其次两组患者免疫结果与病理结果比较,两组数据均有所变化,实验组患者的病理结果和免疫结果符合率明显高于对照组,两组患者数据对比差异较为明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论临床检验中,在常规免疫法的基础上结合质量控制能够产生更加显著的效果,相比常规免疫法,这种检验有效率更高,质量控制的加入提升了检验的准确率,值得在临床检验中应用和推广。

Objective To analyze importance of quality control of immunoassay in clinical immunoassay.Methods The paper chose 180 patients with immune test admitted to Juxian traditional Chinese medicine hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 as research objects,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomLy,with 90 cases in each group.Control group was tested by routine immune method,and experimental group by routine immune method with quality control and professional instruments and supporting reagents.Pathological results and coincidence rates of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin A were compared between two groups.Results After systematic treatment,treatment effect of two groups was significant.Treatment effective rate of control group was 83%(80/90)and that of experimental group was 96%(87/90).Treatment effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group.Immune results of two groups changed compared with pathological results.Coincidence rate of pathological results and immune results of experimental group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical testing,combination of routine immunization and quality control can produce more significant results,with higher teat efficiency than routine immunization.Addition of quality control improves test accuracy,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical testing.
