摘要
患者自身的认知因素能够对其满意度产生重要的影响作用,所以对于医护人员来说,不仅应对自身工作水平进行完善,以促使病人满意度得到提升,也应该强化患者方面的认知,使患者不切实际的期望值能够降低或消除,同时提升患者对于医护人员各项服务的感知程度,以能够在医护人员付出同等量医护服务时,以患者自身认知情况的改善为基础,实现病人满意度的有效提升。
Cognitive factors of patients plays important rold on their satisfaction degree.Therefore,medical staff should improve their work level to improve satisfaction degree of patients,strengthen their cognition,to reduce or eliminate unrealistic expectations of patients,and improve their perception of various services of medical staff,to improve patient satisfaction degree effective based on cognition improvement of patients during medical staff providing same amount of medical services.
