手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的应用效果

Application Effect of Operating Room Detail Nursing in Improving Safety of Operating Room Nursing

目的观察手术室细节护理应用于手术室护理中的效果及其对手术室护理安全性的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月山东省平原县第一人民医院接收的62例手术室患者,采用随机抽样分组方式,分别设对照组、观察组,各31例。对照组为常规护理,观察组为手术室细节护理。结果并发症发生率方面,观察组和对照组间存在显著的差异(P<0.05);在护理质量与安全评分方面比较,两组间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。护理满意度方面两组对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论手术室细节护理的应用,可充分降低患者术后的并发症,在提高手术室质量的同时,加强手术室护理的整体安全性,提升患者护理满意度,应用价值比较突出和显著,可于临床推广。

Objective To observe effect of operating room detail nursing in operating room nursing and its influence on the safety of operating room nursing.Methods The paper chose 62 patients in operating room of Pingyuan County first people's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 31 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with detailed nursing in operating room.Results There was significant difference in complications incidence between observation group and control group,(P<0.05).There was significant difference between two groups in nursing quality and safety scores(P<0.05).There was significant difference in nursing satisfaction degree between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room detail nursing can fully reduce the postoperative complications of patients,improve the quality of operating room,strengthen overall safety of operating room nursing,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients,with significant,application value,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
