观察血常规标本临检前混匀静置时间对检验结果的影响

Effect Observation of Mixing and Standing Time of Blood Routine Samples Before Clinical Examination on Test Results

目的分析血常规标本临检前混匀静置时间对检验结果的影响。方法随机抽选2019年1月-2019年12月前来西宁市第二人民医院进行常规体检的80例体检者,所有受检者均进行血常规检查,对不同静置时间的血常规指标进行比较分析。结果血常规标本静置30min以内,白细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板计数及红细胞计数方面均未见显著改变(P>0.05);但是随着静置时间的增加,血小板计数越来越高,且与静置10min、30min对比,存在明显差异(P<0.05);静置1h与静置2h血小板计数未见明显差异(P>0.05);淋巴细胞比值方面,静置10min、30min、1h及2h均未见明显差异(P>0.05);静置30min时,中性粒细胞水平最高,随着静置时间的增加,中性粒细胞水平逐渐降低,静置10min、30min与静置1h及2h对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论血常规检测期间,血常规标本静置时间从一定程度上影响着检测结果,长时间静置使得检测结果发生误差,所以需要对检测时间严格控制,以此促进检测准确性的提高。

Objective To analyze effect of mixing and standing time on results of blood routine examination before clinical examination.Methods The paper chose 80 physical examinees in Xining City Second People's Hospital for routine physical examination from January 2019 to December 2019.All examinees underwent blood routine examination,and blood routine indexes of different standing times were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant changes in leukocyte count,hemoglobin,platelet count and red blood cell count after blood routine samples being left for 30 minutes(P>0.05);However,with increase of standing time,platelet count became higher,there was significant difference compared with 10min and 30min(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in platelet count between 1h and 2h(P>0.05);no significant difference was found for aspect of lymphocyte ratio after standing for 10min,30min,1h and 2h(P>0.05);neutrophils level was the highest at 30min.With increase of the time,level of neutrophils decreased gradually,with significant difference between 10min and 30min and 1h and 2h(P<0.05).Conclusion During blood routine test,standing time of blood routine samples affects test results to some certain extent.Long standing time may cause test results error.Therefore,it is necessary to strictly control testing time to improve accuracy of the test.
