标准化操作规程在产房教学的应用与探讨

Application and Discussion of Standardized Operating Procedures in Delivery Room Teaching

目的在产房教学工作的开展过程中,探讨标准化操作规程的实际应用效果。方法随机选择德阳市人民医院2017届以及2018届护理实习生各90例为本次研究工作开展过程中的研究对象,其中参与本次研究的90例2017届实习生为对照组,产房教学中主要采用常规方式,参与本次研究的90例2018届实习生为观察组,产房教学中主要采用标准化操作规程。对比本次参与研究两组学生对教学的满意度以及自身的技能以及理论知识掌握情况。结果从本次研究结果来看,在针对两组学生进行教学的过程中,相比于对照组的学生来说,观察组学生无论是在对教学的满意度方面还是技能以及理论知识的掌握方面,其情况均更加理想。结论在对学生进行产房教学的过程中,相比于传统的教学模式来说,标准化操作规程有着更好的效果,不仅能有效提升学生对于教学的满意度,同时对于学生理论知识以及技能掌握的深化也有着十分重要的现实意义。

Objective To explore practical application effect of standardized operating procedures during process of delivery room teaching.Methods The paper chose 90 nursing interns of 2017 and 2018 in Deyang City People's hospital as research objects.Among them,90 interns of 2017 participated in the study were included in control group,with delivery room teaching in routine way,and 90 interns of 2018 participated in the study as observation group,with delivery room teaching based on standardized operating procedures.Satisfaction degree with teaching,skills and theoretical knowledge was compared between two groups.Results During teaching process of two groups of students,students in observation group had more ideal effect in terms of teaching satisfaction,skills and theoretical knowledge than control group.Conclusion During process of delivery room teaching,standardized operating procedures can achieve better effect than traditional teaching mode,can improve satisfaction degree of students with teaching effectively,with important practical significance for deepening theoretical knowledge and skills of students.
