情景模拟法在儿科门诊护理教学中的应用

Application of Scenario Simulation Method in Pediatric Outpatient Nursing Teaching

目的在儿科门诊护理教学工作的开展过程中,探讨情景模拟教学法的实际应用效果。方法随机选择2018年以及2019年在德阳市人民医院学习的200名护理专业学生为本次研究的对象,2018级100名护理专业学生为对照组,主要采用传统教学方式,2019级100名护理专业学生为观察组,主要采用情景模拟法组织教学,对比本次参与研究两组护理专业学生在学习后的考核成绩以及对于教学的满意度。结果通过对本次研究结果进行分析发现,相比于对照组学生,观察组学生在接受儿科门诊护理教学之后,对于教学的满意度整体更高(P<0.05)。在学生的学习效果方面,观察组学生的理论考核成绩以及实践考核成绩平均高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论在儿科门诊护理教学工作的开展过程中,相比于采用传统的教学方式,情景模拟法组织教学能够收到更好的效果,不仅能够有效提升学生对于教学的满意度,也能提高学生实践考核成绩以及理论考核成绩。

Objective To explore practical application effect of scenario simulation teaching method during process of nursing teaching in pediatric outpatient department.Methods The paper chose 200 nursing students in Deyang City People's Hospital in 2018 and 2019 as study subjects.100 nursing students of grade 2018 were included in control group,mainly with traditional teaching methods,100 nursing students of grade 2019 in observation group,with scenario simulation method to organize teaching.Assessment results and teaching satisfaction degree between two groups of nursing students was compared.Results Analysis and study showed,students in observation group had higher overall satisfaction degree with teaching after receiving pediatric outpatient nursing teaching than control group,(P<0.05).in terms of learning effect of students,average theoretical and practical examination scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During process of pediatric outpatient nursing teaching,scenario simulation method can achieve better results than traditional teaching methods,can improve satisfaction degree of students with teaching effectively,and practical and theoretical assessment results of students.
