重度子痫前期孕妇中MCP-1、IL-37的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清及胎盘组织中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-37(IL-37)在重度子痫前期孕妇中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2020年12月~2021年6月于徐州医科大学附属医院产科住院行剖宫产分娩的产妇90例,参照第9版《妇产科学》诊断标准,分为早发型重度子痫前期30例(早发组)和晚发型重度子痫前期30例(晚发组),以及同期正常产妇30例为对照组,收集产妇基本资料,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和免疫组化染色(IHC)检测各组MCP-1、IL-37的表达水平。结果早发组、晚发组IL-37的表达相对于对照组均降低,且早发组低于晚发组(P<0.05);早发组、晚发组MCP-1表达相比于对照组均升高,且早发组高于晚发组(P<0.05);IL-37与MCP-1的表达呈负相关,且3组孕妇IL-37和MCP-1的表达与分娩孕周无相关性(P>0.05)。结论MCP-1、IL-37在重度子痫前期和正常妊娠孕妇的新鲜血清及胎盘组织中均有所表达;MCP-1在重度子痫前期孕妇中表达升高,可能促进炎性反应的发生,且发病时间越早炎性反应越明显;IL-37在重度子痫前期孕妇中表达降低,其抗炎性作用可能受到抑制,导致疾病进展。 Objective To discuss the expression and clinical significance of Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and interleukin-37(IL-37)in serum and placental tissue in pregnant women with severe preeclampsia.Methods 90 cases of women who gave birth by cesarean section,from December 2020 to June 2021 in the obstetrics department of The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were selected.The diagnostic criteria refered to the Obstetrics and Gynecology(9 th edition),published by the People′s Medical Publishing House.The subjects were divided into earl severe preeclampsia(early group,30 cases)and late severe preeclampsia(late group,30 cases),normal pregnancy as a control group(30 cases).General information was collected.The expression level of MCP-1 and IL-37 were detected useing enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunohistochemisty(IHC).ResultsThe expression IL-37 in early group and late group was lower than control group,and early group was lower than late group(P<0.05),and the expression of MCP-1 in early group and late group was higher than control group,and early group was higher than late group(P<0.05).The expression of IL-37 was negatively correlated with MCP-1,and the expression of IL-37 and MCP-1 in three groups of pregnant women was not correlated with the week of pregnancy(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum and placental tissue of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia and normal pregnancy are expressed in MCP-1 and IL-37.The high expression of MCP-1 with severe preeclampsia may promote the onset of inflammatory reactions,and the earlier of the disease,the more obvious.The low expression of IL-37 with severe preeclampsia may inhibited anti-inflammatory effect,thus leads to disease progression.
