钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Plate and Screw Internal Fixation Technique in Treatment of Traumatic Fractures of Long Tubular Bones of Extremities

目的:分析钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年3月长沙市第四医院收治的86例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为研究组和参照组,各43例。参照组患者运用交锁髓内钉固定术,研究组患者运用钢板螺钉内固定术技术,将两组患者治疗优良率、并发症发生率以及各相关指标进行对比,分析钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。结果:研究组治疗优良率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于参照组,但骨折愈合时间早于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者的临床治疗实践中运用钢板螺钉内固定技术效果显著,可增强患者治疗效果的基础上降低并发症发生率。因而临床上可当将钢板螺钉内固定技术广泛应用于四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者的临床治疗实践中。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of plate and screw internal fixation technique in the treatment of patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of the extremities.Methods:A total of 86 patients with traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of the extremities admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nailing fixation,while the patients in the study group were treated with internal fixation using plates and screws.The excellent and good treatment rate,incidence of complications and related indicators of the two groups were compared,and the application effect of plate and screw internal fixation technique in the treatment of patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of the extremities was analyzed.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,but the fracture healing time was faster than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of plate and screw internal fixation technique in the clinical treatment practice of patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of the extremities has a significant effect,which can enhance the treatment effect of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.Therefore,the technique of internal fixation with plate and screw should be widely used in the clinical treatment practice of patients with traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of the extremities.
