分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死患者的效果及对凝血功能的影响

Analysis on Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Coagulation Function

目的:分析对脑梗死患者实施氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗的有效性及对凝血功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年2月济南市第七人民医院收治的120例脑梗死患者作为本次研究对象,采用抽签分组方式将患者分成两组,各60例。常规组患者实施单纯阿司匹林治疗,治疗组患者实施氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,对两组脑梗死患者的治疗效果及凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血因子水平、症状改善时间进行对比分析。结果:治疗组优良率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);凝血因子水平、症状改善时间低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑梗死患者实施阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗的有效性十分显著,改善患者的凝血功能,促进患者临床症状的缓解,提高药物治疗方案的有效性。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of clopidogrel combined with aspirin treatment in patients with cerebral infarction and the influence on coagulation function.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Jinan Seventh People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 60 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with aspirin alone,and the treatment group was treated with clopidogrel and aspirin.The therapeutic effects,prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,coagulation factor levels,and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups of patients with cerebral infarction.Results:The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time of the treatment group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the coagulation factor level and symptom improvement time of the treatment group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin combined with clopidogrel is significantly effective for treating patients with cerebral infarction,it can improve the coagulation function,promote the alleviation of clinical symptoms of patients and improve the effectiveness of drug treatment regimen.
