胆囊结石伴胆囊炎患者采用腹腔镜治疗效果分析

Analysis of Laparoscopic Treatment Effect in Patients with Gallbladder Stones and Cholecystitis

目的:分析胆囊结石伴胆囊炎患者临床采用腹腔镜治疗的影响。方法:选取巨野县人民医院普外科2019年1-12月接受治疗的72例胆囊结石伴胆囊炎患者为本研究对象,随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组行开腹手术,观察组行腹腔镜手术;观察并对比两组患者的术后康复相关指标、治疗有效率和术后炎症因子指标。结果:观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,且手术时间、术后下床活动时间、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及出院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后的白细胞介素-6、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石伴胆囊炎不仅具有创伤小、操作时间短的优势,而且可有效缓解患者的炎症反应,促进患者康复,具有临床推广使用的价值。

Objective: To analyze the influence of laparoscopic treatment in patients with gallbladder stones and cholecystitis. Methods: A total of 72 patients with gallbladder stones and cholecystitis who were treated in the Department of General Surgery of Juye County People's Hospital from January to December in 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given open abdominal surgery and the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery. The postoperative rehabilitation indicators, effective rate of treatment, and postoperative inflammatory factors of patients in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the operation time, postoperative ambulation time, exhaust time, bowel sound recovery time and discharge time were all shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05);The IL-6, PCT and hs-CRP in the observation group was lower than those in the control group after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gallbladder stones with cholecystitis not only has the advantages of small trauma and short operation time, but also can effectively alleviate the patient's inflammatory response and promote patient recovery, which has the value of clinical promotion and application.
