缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Valsartan Combined with Amlodipine in Treatment of Elderly Hypertension

目的:分析老年高血压治疗中缬沙坦联合氨氯地平临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年9月青岛市第三人民医院收治114例老年高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各57例,分别给予缬沙坦、缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗方案,对比两组治疗有效率、血压水平、肾功能变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血肌酐、尿微量清蛋白等肾功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组血肌酐、尿微量清蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年高血压治疗中缬沙坦联合氨氯地平临床疗效较佳,可增强治疗效果,降低血压水平同时,对改善肾功能亦有积极作用,且不良反应较轻,安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of valsartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods:A total of 114 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Qingdao from February 2018 to September 2020 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 57 cases in each group.The patients were given valsartan alone and valsartan combined with amlodipine respectively.The treatment effective rate,blood pressure level,renal function changes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of renal function indexes such as serum creatinine and urine microalbumin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine and urine microalbumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with amlodipine has a better clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly hypertension,which can enhance the therapeutic effect,reduce the blood pressure level,and also have a positive effect on improving renal function,with mild adverse reactions and high safety.
