独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:分析独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年11月-2021年10月在乌鲁木齐市中医医院骨伤科就诊的60例膝骨关节炎患者,按就诊先后顺序,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予口服独活寄生汤治疗,对照组给予口服依托考昔片治疗。治疗3周,观察两组患者治疗前后炎症因子水平、国际骨关节炎评分标准Lequesne指数的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组Lequesne指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎能有效降低炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,缓解疼痛症状,改善行走和生活能力,不良反应少,临床疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Urumqi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to October 2021 were selected and they were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Duhuo Jisheng decoction orally,and the control group was given etoricoxib tablets orally.After 3 weeks of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,change of Lequesne index of International Osteoarthritis Scoring Standard and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),inteleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αbetween the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);after treatment,the Lequesne index of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α,relieve pain symptoms,improve walking and living ability,with few adverse reactions and good clinical efficacy.
