温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出性疼痛的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Warm Needling Moxibustion in Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Pain

目的:分析温针灸治疗椎间盘突出性疼痛的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月在北京市西城区金融街社区卫生服务中心和丰盛中医骨伤专科医院进行治疗的90例腰椎间盘突出症疼痛患者进行研究,将患者随机分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规药物联合温针灸治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的Tergumed检测结果、日本骨科协会疗效评定量表(JOA)评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(VAS)评分及临床有效率。结果:治疗后,观察组腰椎活动度和腰椎背伸肌力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的JOA评分高于对照组、VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在椎间盘突出性疼痛患者的治疗中,在常规药物治疗的基础上应用温针灸治疗,能有效改善患者的椎间盘突出症状,降低患者的疼痛程度,值得推广。

Objective: To analyze the curative effect of warm needling moxibustion in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation pain. Methods: From January 2019 to January 2021, 90 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation pain who were treated in the Financial Street Community Health Service Center of Xicheng District and Fengsheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Specialty Hospital were selected for the study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received conventional medicine combined with warm needling moxibustion treatment. The Tergumed test results, Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) score, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and the clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the lumbar mobility and lumbar dorsal extensor strength of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with intervertebral disc herniation pain, the application of warm needling moxibustion on the basis of conventional drug treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of intervertebral disc herniation and reduce the pain degree of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
