Implementation Effect of 8S Management in Nursing of Otolaryngology Operating Room

目的:探析耳鼻喉科手术室护理中实施8S管理的效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年8月郴州市第一人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的需要进行手术治疗的1000例患者,随机分为两组,各500例。对照组应用常规管理法,试验组应用8S管理法。比较两组患者管理效果评分、管理模式评分、医院感染发生率及护理满意度。结果:试验组管理效果评分、管理模式评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组医院感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对耳鼻喉科手术治疗患者应用8S管理法进行管理的效果较好,能够提高管理效果,降低医院感染发生风险,提高患者满意度,故应予以推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing 8S management in the nursing of otolaryngology operating room.Methods:A total of 1000 patients requiring surgical treatment who were admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology of Chenzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 500 cases in each group.The control group applied the conventional management method,and the experimental group applied the 8S management method.The management effect score,management mode score,incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The management effect score and management mode score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of 8S management method to patients undergoing surgical treatment in Department of Otolaryngology has a good effect,which can improve the management effect,reduce the risk of nosocomial infection,and improve patient satisfaction,so it should be promoted.
