集束化护理在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Cluster Nursing in Bowel Preparation for Colonoscopy

目的:分析行结肠镜检查的患者应用集束化护理干预对提高肠道准备有效率的影响。方法:选取2020年1-8月在清远市中医院脾胃科住院并行结肠镜检查的538例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各269例。对照组采用常规护理方法进行肠道准备,观察组在肠道准备过程中采用集束化护理干预,观察患者肠道清洁情况及舒适度。结果:观察组成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行结肠镜检查的患者实施集束化干预措施,可以有效提高肠道准备的有效率,提高结肠镜检查的成功率,缩短患者住院时间,减轻患者痛苦及经济负担。

Objective:To analyze the effect of cluster nursing intervention on improving the efficiency of bowel preparation in patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:From January to August in 2020,538 patients who were hospitalized and underwent colonoscopy in the Spleen and Stomach Department of Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 269 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing methods for bowel preparation,while the observation group received cluster nursing intervention during bowel preparation.The intestinal cleansing and comfort of the patients were observed.Results:The success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comfort level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of cluster intervention measures for patients undergoing colonoscopy can effectively improve the efficiency of bowel preparation,increase the success rate of colonoscopy,shorten the length of hospital stay of patients,and reduce the pain and economic burden of patients.
