基于人文关怀的磁性护理理念在终末期肾脏疾病中的应用

Application of Magnetic Nursing Concept Based on Humanistic Care in End-Stage Renal Disease

目的:分析基于人文关怀的磁性护理理念在终末期肾脏疾病中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年1-12月湖南省长沙市第四医院收治的70例终末期肾脏疾病患者开展研究,随机分成参照组与试验组,各35例。参照组实施常规护理管理,试验组实施人文关怀磁性护理管理,比较两组患者满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)及生活质量评分。结果:试验组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组的情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,试验组情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能评分显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预之前,两组的心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,试验组SAS、SDS评分明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对终末期肾脏疾病实施人文关怀磁性护理管理,可以改变患者对疾病的认知,摆正面对疾病的心理状态,改善其生活质量,让患者更加满意临床的护理工作,值得推荐。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of magnetic nursing concept based on humanistic care in end-stage renal disease.Methods:A total of 70 patients with end-stage renal disease in the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected for study,they were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,with 35 patients in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing management,and the experimental group was given humanistic care and magnetic nursing management.The patient satisfaction,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of emotional function,physical function,social function and cognitive function between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of emotional function,physical function,social function,and cognitive function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the psychological state scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanistic care and magnetic nursing management for end-stage renal disease patients can change patients'cognition of the disease,straighten their mental state for the disease,improve their quality of life,and make such patients more satisfied with clinical nursing work,which is worthy of recommendation.
