早期康复介入对膝关节损伤治疗效果的影响分析

Analysis on Influence of Early Rehabilitation Intervention on Treatment Effect of Knee Joint Injury

目的:分析对膝关节损伤患者实施早期康复介入治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2020年12月甘肃武威肿瘤医院收治的膝关节损伤患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者采用传统干预措施,观察组则实施早期康复介入治疗,观察患者康复优良率、护理满意度、膝关节功能及生存质量。结果:观察组患者的康复优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的心理层次、生理层次、环境层次、社会层次评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用早期康复介入治疗方案有助于膝关节损伤患者的病情改善,提升膝关节评分,患者的康复状态良好,效果明显,具有可推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation intervention in patients with knee joint injury.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2020,100 patients with knee joint injury who were admitted to Gansu Wuwei Tumour Hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional intervention,while the observation group was given early rehabilitation intervention.The rate of excellent and good recovery,nursing satisfaction,knee joint function and quality of life were observed.Results:The rate of excellent and good recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the American Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of psychological level,physiological level,environmental level and social level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early rehabilitation interventional treatment plan is helpful to improve the condition of patients with knee joint injury,increase the knee joint score,and the patient's recovery state is good,and the effect is obvious.It has the promotion value.
