摘要
[目的]为明确银川地区苜蓿蓟马10种常用药剂的抗药性。[方法]采用浸叶法+药膜法测定了银川地区4种苜蓿蓟马的抗药性,并对其体内各种解毒代谢酶活性进行了测定。[结果]银川市苜蓿蓟马已经对新烟碱类、拟除虫菊酯类和苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂产生了中等水平抗性;西花蓟马和花蓟马体内各类酶活性显著高于牛角花齿蓟马和草木樨近绢蓟马。[结论]推荐防控药剂有乙基多杀菌素、多杀菌素、螺虫乙酯和虫螨腈。
[Aims]This study aims to identify the resistance of 10 different kinds of insecticides to alfalfa thrips in Yinchuan area.[Methods]The toxicity of 10 commonly used pesticides to Odontothrips loti,Sussericothrips melilotus,Frankliniella intonsa and Frankliniella occidentalis were measured in laboratory by leaf dipping method and film method.The activities of various detoxification metabolic enzymes of four thrips were measured.[Results]The results showed that alfalfa thrips in Yinchuan had developed moderate resistance to neonicotinoids,pyrethroids and benzoamides.The enzyme activities of F.intonsa and F.occidentalis were significantly higher than O.loti and S.melilotus.[Conclusions]Recommended insecticides include ethyl spinosad,spinosad,spirochta ethyl ester and bromofipronil.
