摘要 针对常规声纳发射电路复杂、集成度低、保护措施不足导致元件容易烧毁的情况,提出以智能功率模块(IPM)为核心、以数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制的智能声纳发射机的设计方案。通过分析IPM的结构与原理,确定使用IPM中的4个单元组成单相全桥,设计IPM功放需要的隔离电源电路、光耦驱动电路、软件与硬件保护电路、门级逻辑保护电路、变压器及换能器匹配电路。对于系统的软件部分,根据上位机的信号参数,采用TMS320VC5509A开发板产生相应脉冲宽度调制(PWM)方波供给发射机,并可在接收到IPM的故障信号时产生中断。测试结果表明,基于IPM的声纳发射机能够稳定安全地输出大功率信号。 In view of the complex circuits of conventional transmitters,low integration,and insufficient protection measures,the components are easy to be burned.The design of an intelligent sonar transmitter with an intelligent power module(IPM) as the core and a digital signal processor(DSP) as the control is proposed.By analyzing the structure and principle of IPM,we determine to use the four units in IPM to form a single-phase full bridge,and design the isolated power supply circuit,optocoupler driving circuit,software and hardware protection circuit,gate-level logic protection circuit,transformer and transducer matching circuit required by IPM power amplifier.For the software part of the system,according to the signal parameters of the host computer,the TMS320 VC5509 A development board is used to generate the corresponding pulse width modulation(PWM) square wave to the transmitter,and an interrupt can be generated when an IPM fault signal is received.The test results show that the IPM-based sonar transmitter can output highpower signals stably and safely.
