摘要
变频调速一体机是变频器和电动机的集成设计,其电磁环境复杂,易与现场其他设备产生相互干扰。有效的电磁兼容(EMC)设计是保证其可靠运行的重要因素。根据1140V-160kW变频一体机装置硬件结构和运行环境,分析了变频一体机运行中产生并受到各种电磁干扰。从机械结构、主电路、控制电路、接地、程序等方面采取措施,给出了较为有效的EMC设计方法,并在产品测试和应用中得到验证,为同类产品设计提供参考。
Frequency conversion integrated machine is the integrated design of frequency converter and motor,its electromagnetic environment is very complex and easy to interfere with other equipments on site.Effective electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) design is an important factor to ensure its reliable operation.According to the hardware structure and operating environment of the 1 140 V-160 kW frequency conversion integrated machine,the various electromagnetic interference generated and received in the operation of frequency conversion integrated machine is analyzed.Taking measures from the aspects of mechanical structure,main circuit,control circuit,grounding and program,effective EMC design methods are given,it has been verified in product testing and application,and a reference for the design of similar products is provided.
