摘要 串联锂离子电池组在当今社会正得到广泛应用,而主动均衡电路对于其内部一致性、容量利用率和寿命具有重要意义。针对传统基于电感储能的直接单元间传输(DC2C)均衡电路存在的器件数量多、开关损耗大的问题,提出一种基于谐振变换器软开关DC2C均衡电路。该电路通过引入多种谐振模态,减少了所需开关器件的数量,实现了开关的零电流导通与关断。实验结果证明了该电路可以有效提高串联电池组的一致性。 Series-connected lithium-ion battery pack is widely used in today’s society,and active equalization circuit is of great significance to its internal consistency,capacity utilization and life.Aiming at the problems of large number of devices and large switching-loss in the traditional direct cell to cell(DC2 C) equalization circuit based on inductive energy storage,a soft-switching DC2 C equalization circuit based on resonant converter is proposed.By introducing a variety of resonant modes,the circuit reduces the number of required switching devices,and realizes zero-current turnon and turn-off of the switches.Experimental results show that the circuit can effectively improve the consistency of series-connected battery pack.
