摘要
介绍了一种采用脉宽调制(PWM)控制方式的有源箝位交错并联正反激软开关升压变换器,分析了其升压原理及软开关条件,实现了主开关管和辅助开关管零电压开关(ZVS)和次级整流二极管零电流开关(ZCS)。最后制作了一台由DC 28 V升DC 270 V的100 W原理样机。实验结果表明,该变换器控制方式简单,调试方便且实现了零电压零电流开关(ZVZCS),效率可达93%。
An active clamped interleaved forward-flyback soft switching boost converter which uses pulse width modulation(PWM) control method is introduced.The boost principle and the soft switching conditions are analyzed,the zero voltage switching(ZVS) of both of the main switch tube and auxiliary switch tube is realized,at the same time,the zero current switching(ZCS) of secondary rectification diode is realized too.Finally,a 100 W principle prototype which converts DC 28 V to DC 270 V is made.The experimental results show that this converter has a simple control method,convenient debugging,and realizes zero voltage zero current switching(ZVZCS) with 93% efficiency.
