摘要
大功率制氢变流器是可再生能源制氢应用中的一个关键设备,针对光伏直接制氢应用场景,提出一种双极型Buck串联结构的DC/DC制氢变流器拓扑电路。为了降低输出电流纹波,两组Buck电路均采用3重交错控制;分析了该拓扑电路在不同工况下的等效模型,在分析母线支撑电容充放电路径基础上给出了正负母线均压控制方法,采用正母线Buck电路控制输出电流,负母线Buck电路控制母线电压均衡;设计了一台2.5MW DC/DC制氢变流器,给出了关键设计参数。最后,在实验室搭建平台,验证了所设计制氢变流器的电气参数和控制方法的可行性和有效性。
High power hydrogen production converter is a key equipment in the renewable energy hydrogen production system,aiming at the application of photovoltaic direct hydrogen production,a DC/DC hydrogen production converter topology circuit with bipolar Buck series structure is proposed.In order to reduce the output current ripple,both groups of Buck circuits adopt triple interleaving control.The equivalent models of the circuit under different working conditions are analyzed,the voltage sharing control method,which based on the analysis of the charging and discharging circuit is given,the positive bus Buck circuit is used to control the output current,and the negative bus Buck circuit is used to control the bus voltage equalization.A 2.5 MW DC/DC hydrogen production converter is designed,and the key parameters are given.Finally,an experimental platform is built in the laboratory to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the electrical parameters and control method for hydrogen production converter.
